In the third quarter of 2024, the food delivery app market in Colombia saw varied performance among the top contenders on the Android platform. Data from Sensor Tower provides insights into download patterns and active user metrics, showcasing the dynamic landscape of food delivery services.

DiDi Food: Express Delivery maintained a consistent download rate throughout the quarter, with numbers fluctuating between 17K and 23K weekly. Active users started at approximately 204K at the beginning of July and experienced a slight decline, ending the quarter with around 190K users.

Rappi: Food Delivery, Grocery, a major player in the region, showed a noticeable increase in weekly downloads from mid-August, peaking at 21K by the end of September. Despite fluctuations, Rappi's active user base remained robust, starting the quarter at 726K and finishing at about 628K.

TaDa Delivery Bavaria: Bebidas experienced variable download numbers, with a significant surge in early August reaching 19K. Active users showed a similar pattern, peaking at 45K early in the quarter before settling around 33K by the end.
